• Registration on a Company Accredited Training Scheme and your work on project based assignments will rapidly develop the competences required for Chartered Engineer status.

• A Chartered Engineer, allocated as your mentor, will guide your career progression and help you to achieve specific set training objectives.

• Your analytical and problem solving skills, knowledge and experience, will be challenged and developed by a diverse range of stimulating projects.

• You may have individual responsibility for a small project, or be part of a multi-discipline team, and contribute to the successful completion of a fast-track major Turnkey project worth millions of pounds.

• In meeting the needs of clients and internal customers on a wide variety of issues, you will gain a high standard of negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as develop competences in leading edge technologies.

• Formal training courses will facilitate your continuous professional development and sponsorship or paid study may be offered to improve specialist technical, managerial or commercial expertise via post-graduate Diploma or Masters degree courses.

• Salaries are competitive, reviewed twice yearly, and performance related. Competent graduates, with drive and commitment, will have opportunities to undertake responsible and rewarding project roles.

• At more senior engineer levels there are career opportunities in Technical, Business, or Project management.
